Every report lives under Reports in the sidebar, grouped into four categories. Open any report to filter it by date range and, where relevant, by branch.

Financial reports

  • Income Summary — total income across your church for a period.
  • Income by Payment Channel — how much came in through Cash, Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, etc.
  • Branch Financial Performance — income compared across branches.
  • Largest Contributors — top-giving members over a period.
  • Currency Exposure — how much has been received in each currency.
  • Monthly Income Trend — income over time, month by month.
  • Outstanding Balances — everyone who still owes an amount, church-wide.
  • Branch Income Comparison — side-by-side income totals for each branch.

Membership reports

  • Branch Membership Distribution — how members are spread across branches.
  • Member Activity — recently active or inactive members.
  • Member Demographics — breakdowns by age, gender, and similar profile fields.
  • Member Acquisition Trend — new members joining over time.
  • Baptism & Confirmation — sacrament records across members.
  • Group Membership — how members are distributed across ministries, see Assigning members.
  • Class Distribution — how members are spread across Bible Classes.

Operational reports

  • Branch Hierarchy — a full view of your branch structure.
  • User Activity — what staff accounts have been doing in Steward.

Executive reports

Higher-level views intended for leadership, elders, or board reporting:

  • Transactions by Type — totals per transaction type, e.g. Tithe vs. Offering.
  • Givers by Type — who is giving toward which transaction type.
  • Consolidated Income — a single church-wide income figure across all branches and currencies.
  • Branch Contribution % — each branch's share of total income.
  • Top Performing Branches — branches ranked by income.

If members should be able to see their own giving history rather than relying on staff-run reports, point them to the Member Portal.
