Signing in to the Member Portal
Members sign in from the Member Portal's own login page, using the credentials shared with them once portal access is enabled on their profile.
What members can see and do for themselves, separate from the staff dashboard.
The Member Portal is a separate, self-service sign-in for members — distinct from the staff dashboard covered in the rest of this guide. A member only gets access if Member Portal Access was enabled on their profile — see Adding a new member.

After signing in, members land on a personal dashboard summarising their giving and pledge activity at a glance.
Members can update their own contact details and emergency contact information from My Profile, without needing to ask a staff member to do it for them.
The Payments section shows a member's full payment history, and includes a Make a Payment option so they can pay online rather than in person.
Under My Pledges, a member can view and update their own pledges — for example adjusting a monthly pledge amount — without staff needing to do it on their behalf, see Adding a pledge.
Members can check their own — and their household's — current balance directly, using the same Overpaid / Owes / Settled statuses staff see in the dashboard. See Reading balance information for what each status means.
